We focus on three key areas of the business: #1: hiring recruitment and staffing professionals, #2: training and coaching recruitment and staffing professionals, and #3: coaching and training professionals on starting their very own niche' recruitment and staffing business.


We're looking to hire ONLY THE BEST Inbound Sales Development Superstar who will Drive revenue growth through qualifying inbound leads from webinars, trials, ebooks and application requests.


Job Description:

  • Create new leads through managing outreach emails & phone calls with a focus on setting appointments for the Executive Sales Team (EST)
  • Research prospect contact information and best ways to develop a relationship
  • Cultivate and qualify new leads and turn them into quality appointments
  • Follow-up and call prospects to include pipeline building with opportunity identification
  • Educate prospects on Identifize Consulting solutions and send them to the proper person/product/service


Qualifications:

  • Upbeat Personality with EXCELLENT English Communication Skills (both verbal and written)
  • High sales IQ, but no prior sales experience necessary
  • Computer literacy; proficient in MS Office Applications, Excel, Google Apps, and CRM tools such as HubSpot
  • Experience with Loxo ATS is a MAJOR PLUS
  • Experience in selling coaching, training, and consulting, solutions is a big asset
  • MUST BE a Team player 
  • Must have experience in High School Athletics, Playing a Musical Instrument or Competing at High Level in Something
